2)跳蠅減肥法 每日跳繩一千下 每天可減少0.5公斤,三日則1公斤半!

第六天:吃牛肉和蔬菜,可以吃個痛快。想大吃 2-3 塊牛排配生菜都行!但不可以吃馬鈴薯,當然湯還是至少喝一次!
第七天:吃糙米、不加糖的果汁,還有蔬菜。當然仍然是吃到飽為止,記得至少喝一次湯。

Smoke Free Environment
When i was enter to any of Restaurant in Senai Area for my meal, i felt very uncomfortable and irritated while having my meal as about 35% of the people ther were smoking.
Normally i will looked around the restaurant and there were no "No Smoking" signs displayed. There were countless cigarette butts on the floor and needless to say , ash on the floor and on the used plates and glasses.
I respect smoker's decision to smoke all they want. I choose to be a non-smoker.
But why isn't my decision respected ? With smokers at all corners of the eatery, i can't help but inhale the smoke and be a second hand smoker. Where are my right as a non-smoker?
The restaurant owners are to blame too. How can they allow smokers to carry on their habit in their restaurant when there are non-smoking customer there?
When countries like Spain, England ,Italy and France have banned smoking even in bars, is it that difficult to ban smoking in eateries in our country ?
What a shame; smoking has been banned in public places here only on paper, as there is no enforcement. How much longer are the authorities going to wait before imposing fines on those restaurant?
To the restaurant owners, please emphasise on a smoke free environment at your restaurant. Really hope a healthy environment is not too much to ask for.

Bans Smoking In Bars And Restaurants

A ban on smoking in France's cafes, restaurants and bars went into effect at the start of the New Year 2008, with their health minister pledging clean air for all to enjoy along with fine food and wine.
But smokers were under no pressure to stub out immediately at the stroke of midnight after the government said it would not send police out to enforce the ban during New Year's celebrations.
"If some want to wait until Jan 2, government will be tolerant," Health Minister Roselyne Bachelot said.
France joined Britain, Ireland and other European countries that have outlawed smoking when a ban in force since February in workplaces and other public areas was extended to cafes, restaurants and nightclubs.
Bachelot rejected critics who assailed the ban as an attack on personal freedom. "Their objective isn't to annoy people, but to protect them. We shouldn't forget that every year 66,000 deaths are caused by smoking and 5,000 from second hand smoke."
Some groups represening cafe owners are fuming over the ban, arguing that it will cut business and places the onus on proprietors to clamp down on smokers.
