很多医学研究已证实,心灵与心理活动,会同时激发神经系统和免疫系统的作用。
Many medical researches have proved that spiritual and psychological activities may drive the operation of nervous system and immune system.
因此,生病的时候,或不幸罹患癌症的时候,或处于人生失落低潮时,如果能放弃负面想法,保持内心的平静,以负责的态度重新调整生活,内在的疗伤潜力就会开始运转。
Therefore, when get sick, or catch cancer, or at a low ebb in life, if one can get rid of negative thoughts, keep peaceful in heart, hold a responsible attitude to readjust the life, the inner healing potential will start working.

Though the healing of body is the ultimate goal of the way of attitude healing, as a matter of fact, it is only a part of the process, not the major goal. The core of way of attitude healing is the peace of mind.
把健康定义为内心的平静,疗伤则能够不再惧怕,态度疗伤就是抛弃负面思想,然后用爱来取代。
When we define the health as the peace of heart, we won’t be afraid of healing. Attitude healing is the throwing away of negative thoughts from heart and replace it with love.
一个面临死亡威胁的病人,会先考虑寻求心灵的平静。人们对死亡第一个念头是惧怕。。。对死亡的惧怕、对未来的惧怕、对痛苦的惧怕。
A patient who is threatened by death will first seek the peace of mind. The first thought he thinks about is fear…fear about death, fear about the future, fear about the suffering.

There’s nothing impossible in the world, the possibility of getting recovered is limitless. Moreover, when we use forgiveness to release our sadness, the healing of heart will become a natural process. If we found out the peace of heart among the mess, learned how to love, the heart will be more relieved.

改变你注意力的焦点,远离旧有的,占据你注意力的害怕,也不必为未知的未来而担心,不要对自己、父母、伴侣、孩子、兄弟姐妹、朋友、医生以及任何人不满,以免陷入困境;也不要因自己怪罪别人,或怪罪自己而萌生罪恶感。
Change the focus of your attention. Keep away from old things and fear that occupying your attention. Do not worry about unpredictable future, do not be unhappy with yourself, parents, partner, children, siblings, friends, doctor and others, lest you will get into difficulty. Do not feel guilty for blaming others or yourself.
在态度疗伤法的理念中,要治疗身体的,不是要改变身体,而是要改变态度。
In the concept of attitude healing, what we need to change in order to heal our body is attitude, but not body.
记住,重新获得病愈的最大疗法,是免除负面思想,获得的心灵平安才是唯一的目标。态度疗伤和精神、灵性原则是有关系的。精神性或心灵性在此是关键字眼,它是心智和身体之间的连结环扣。
Remember that the best way of getting recovered is to remove negative thoughts and the only goal is to get the peace of heart. Attitude healing relates to mental and spiritual principles. The significance is mentality or spirituality as it is the link between the mind and body.
态度疗伤法最主要的观念是宽恕。
The main concept of attitude healing is forgiveness.
宽恕是快乐之钥匙。
Forgiveness is the key of happiness.
很多人都忽略了宽恕的真正重点,若仅是原谅别人做了你不以为然的事情是不够的,你必须更进一步;原谅你自己曾对那个人抱持的误解,因为对他评断却没把他当作是一个可爱的人看待,这样会纾解我们的愧疚感与伤感。
Many people ignore about the real essence of forgiveness. It is more than forgiving somebody for doing something you do not agree. You have to move further, forgive yourself for holding a misunderstanding towards that person, because you judge him but do not treat him as a lovable person. In doing so, you will let go of your sense of guilt and sadness.
不要去论断别人或某一件事,不去论断会使一个人在看事情的角度上开始改变。
Do not judge anyone or anything. This may begin to change the way you perceive a man or a thing.
这个星球上的每一样东西都有360个角度,因此,不管你是观察一个人或是欣赏一朵花,都有360种不同的观点。除非你曾经尝试过每一个角度,否则你是无法全然了解那个人或物的。既然你没有对他一切行为的动机了解透彻,我们就应接受事实,何必浪费精力在批判上呢?
There are 360 angles for everything on earth. So when you view a man or admire a flower, there are 360 different viewpoints. Unless you have ever tried from every angle, you can never totally understand that man or thing. Since you have no perfect understanding about his behavior, you have to accept the fact and what for waste your resources in judging it?
把你的思考方向转移到现在,不要担心过去已发生或将来可能发生的可怕事情。很多人长久活在一种信念的阴影下,就是。。。过去的事会预测到未来。事实上,过去和未来对你是没有关连的,现在就是目前的情况。
Turn your thinking direction to the present. Do not worry about something fearful have happened in the past or what will happen in the future. Many people always live in the shadow of a kind of belief, namely the past forecasts the future. In fact, there’s no connection between the past and the future, the present is the current situation.
一旦你学会活在现在,并把未来当作是这一刻的延伸,你就可能开始打开心门去治疗伤痛了。
Once you learned how to live in the present, and treat the future as the extension of the present moment, you can open the heart to heal the sore.
